​​Sun Hill Optical is a family-run, independent optical specialist with three locations around the Tampa Bay area. Francis Xavier Finnegan opened the first location in Sun City Center in 1976 to provide superior customer service and expertise to the community. The Valrico and Riverview locations were opened later, as the need for high-quality optometry services expanded. Today, the business is run by third generation opticians who are passionate, skilled, and knowledgeable. Sun Hill Optical stays on the cutting-edge of technology with its own in-house lab located in the Valrico office.

Dr. Vincent Panetta is a highly experienced optometrist with a passion for delivering comprehensive eye care. He specializes in pediatric eye exams and scleral lens fittings as well as treating medical conditions such as glaucoma, macular degeneration and retinal problems.
